2022 - now

  • Act as an expert in relation to Google’s advertising and measurement products, working with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals in the market.
  • Create smooth cross product experiences for clients, through excellent service and consulting to ensure a future proof setup of their advertising, privacy controls, and measurement infrastructure.
  • Own internal and external technical workshops with multiple stakeholders and share guidance/best practices.
  • Design, build, and execute innovative and scalable technical solutions using Google’s suite of internal platforms and technologies for our suite of measurement products, through strong project management and consultation on technical setup.
  • Liaise and coordinate with partner teams to prioritize and execute demand from your product areas and ensure synergy across teams.

Software Developer

2020 - 2022

  • Designed and implemented new features of Android SDK based on scattered requirements from scratch
  • Assisted internal teams and occasionally external customers by providing SDK expertise
  • Identified issues, raised ideas for improvement in the team’s processes and took an active part in implementing them by taking Scrum Master role in the transition to Agile period

SDK Product Support Expert

2019 - 2020

  • Managed and mentored team of 2 SDK experts
  • Set up SDK experts group within Support, built the training framework for all its members
  • Performed multiple trainings to customer facing teams and not only, including f2f trainings in US offices
  • Recognised as employee of Q3 2019
  • Directly contributed to onboarding a few strategic customers

Technical Support Engineer

2018 - 2019

  • Turned into the main focal point of the support SDK experts from remote offices and other customer facing teams
  • Maintained high standards of Jiras investigation before moving to the RnD with full breakdown to the root cause and suggested fixes

Technical Support Engineer

2017 - 2018

  • Help with integrating product in the customer’s ecommerce platform (Magento, WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce and others), installations in the back-end and front-end
  • Troubleshooting issues on the customer end as well as ones in the cloud (from the company’s end)
